A notarized document is one where the identity and signature of the signatory have been verified by reference to original photographic identity documents and witnessed by a Notary Public at the time of signing. The document must accompany an impression of the Notary Public Stamp or Seal. Your Certificates and important documents must get notarized for admission and jobs abroad. Your translated Certificates will be considered valid only after getting approval from the notary public. It is a mandatory verification required for jobs and higher education abroad. You must provide proof of identification or identity documents to do the certificate notarization. A driver’s license or passport is commonly used as proof of identity. The Authority will review your identity documents.
Many of the countries will only accept the notarized documents with authorized signatures and an official seal. You are advised to notarize your Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, and Educational Certificates. They will levy you a fee for verification.
